Wagener Terrace & Hampton Park
Both neighborhoods are located on the upper end of the downtown peninsula, and they are both quieter areas with charming homes. Mainly residential, both Wagener Terrace and Hampton Park Terrace still offer plenty to do, from restaurants to coffee shops and cocktail bars. Additionally, both neighborhoods are near Hampton Park, a beautiful park with trails.
Located in the West Ashley area, towards the west of the downtown peninsula, Avondale is a popular spot. It is perfect for young professionals and also new families.
